- The Poetry Slam at der Hut des Jaeger, 5 PM SL, Seasonal Meteorological Events will be the theme for the 22 April 2010 Poetry Slam at dr Hut des Jaeger. Bring your soggy, windswept odes to weather of all stripes to the pub at 5:00 SLT.

SATURDAY
- Secret Agent Saturday at the Pneumatic Lounge in Steeltopia at 12 noon SLT
- BattleStorm Iron Clad Melee in Steeltopia at 3:00 PM. Guests and observers can watch the fun at Steeltopia Seacliff (99,90,43)
- Luminous Designs invites all of Steelhead and indeed the Steamlands, to the official Grand Opening ShinDig up in the ballroom above the new main store!  Festivities will begin at 7PM SLT Saturday April 30th. Music will be provided by Herr Squiddy,  the Emperor, Steelcobra Calamari  ( who will gladly take requests ).... Special gifts as well for those that can attend.

SUNDAY
- Smokin' Sunday with DJ Fuzzball Ortega at 7 PM SLT.

STEELHEAD RELAY FOR LIFE

Saturday 24th, Horse Race to benefit RFL. You can race any animal, no flight. Contact Fuzzball Ortega for location. Entry Fee: 500L (all entry fees will be donated to Steelhead Salmons RFL). Three winners will be chosen. First and second place of course as well as most 'distinctive' character whether it be the type of animal chosen to race or the type of dress the rider is wearing. - From Saffia Widdershins: "I've come here to explain that we will be shooting the next few episodes of The Quest for the Golden Prim around Steelhead. The Quest is a web comic, filmed in Second Life and published in The Primgraph. You can read it online too at: http://goldenprim.blogspot.com/

The script is written by Frau Lowey and me, and the photos and design are provided by Mr PJ Trenton.  The main characters are currently in search of a gentlemen who purchased a mysterious book from a bookshop in Steelhead. They arrive in Steelhead Harbour in their airship. We need extras at the Harbour to make it look like a fully working harbor. There will be someone else arriving at the same time - by ship.

We'll be filming at 10am SLT on Sunday 25th. We'll also be filming on Saturday and the following Sunday. But the BIG scene is this Sunday. There may well be other opportunities next month. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask."

- From KlausWulfenbach Outlander: "I wanted to let Steelhead know that Walpurgisnacht will be also held in Caledon immediately after the Lady of Skye's Beltane event, for those who did not get enough of dark and demonic dancing in Steelhead on Friday."

- From Fuzzball Ortega:  Otenth Paderborn, who I saw earlier in this room, spent some time spiffing up Aether Chrononauts to be an announcement channel. http://aetherchrononauts.org is simplified, with a single click to bring up the calendar in SLT.  People can join an in-world group or a Subscribe-o-Matic at the attached LM. Calendar admins can send notices via the S-o-M controller. Not a chat group, there is also a subscribe o matic.
