- Welcome to Steed Ballinger & Isabel Dorchester to Steelhead Boomtown. They live on the Columbia River where the Portland’s used to reside.

- Welcome to the dance club & bathhouse Shanghai Lily's in Steelhead Shanghai. Miss Celestine Neutron has ownership of the dance club and will be opening her doors soon.
