This is our weekly tea party in support of those pioneers and immigrants who have become stranded on their journeys. Tea is provided to all attendees. It is hoped that the well-established inhabitants of the Steamlands will mingle with the new arrivals and provide aid: lodging, transportation, employment, etc. Victorian morning dress is encouraged.

- Creighton Air Tours Adventure Tea to Eunomia - 4pm - 6pm (SLT). Travel into the aether to confirm and celebrate Annibale de Gasparis's 1851 discovery of Eunomia on this date. Protective clothing for braving the aether is encouraged.
- The Poetry Slam at der Hut des Jaeger, 5 PM SLT
- Prop Spinner's Club, 6:30 PM till 9:00 PM: Album Night
- Cerise Blackheart, DJing at Mama Valdyrs Tavern, 7 to 9 PM SLT

Restrictions are as follows: the event must not conflict with a Steelhead Community event like our Tuesday Town Hall meeting or Friday night dance. If that is unavoidable, please contact management before posting your event.
There will be a change of plans for our weekly events in Steelhead or Steeltopia announcements starting next week. If you would like your event to be mentioned for that week's meeting please submit a notecard with your event, the time, date, whatever theme you are doing for that week, and a landmark to the location for it to be announced. Please submit to TotalLunar Eclipse before the meeting... Monday night would be good. Included in the notes will be places around the aether and SL you can add your events to so it can be heard all through the Steamlands and beyond.

Steeltopia:
SteelCobra Calamari - Emperor & Ambassador to Steelhead
Being as we share half a name already we are full allies with the Steeltopian Empire. They are our strongest offshore allies.
We have open borders with Steeltopia, open trading and importing/exporting of goods, military, extradition
We have an exchange of embassies with the Steeltopian Empire.
Caledon:
No exchange of ambassadors.
We are full allies with the Independent State of Caledon
If needed Steelhead shall lend military aide or we can just send Tensai over.
There is an exchange of embassy's.
Winterfell:
No exchange of ambassadors.
We are allies with Winterfell.
Treaties and borders still in discussion.
There is an exchange of embassy's with the Winterfell government.
Europan Government:
Baron Klaus Wulfenbach - Ambassador to Steelhead and Amabassador from Steelhead (hehe)
We are allies with the Europan government, full integration of jaegers and military open borders full treaties.
Europan Consulate Located in Steelhead.
New Babbage
No formal alliances with the New Babbage government
Our friendship with them is based on two factors
1) shipping and trading of lumber, furs, canned clean air, plants
2) both city officials are 'elven' in origins
Armada:
Future developments by way of alliances are in discussion in the Steelhead Council
United States of America (For RP Purposes):
Steelhead is obviously an alternate universe from the RL. We are loosely basing ourselves around the Oregon territories, Steelhead itself was established around 1850's and at the moment we're setting our 'to date' early 1890's. We have integrated Fantasy Steampunk to the Gilded Age of the United States in the Pacific Northwest. Steelhead is officially the 'Oregon Territories' encompassing Washington, Oregon, Northern California and eastward to Idaho, northern Utah and IF lunar wants to go that far out Wyoming.
We fly the American Flag but aside from negotiations and our Alternate Universe we are still not annexed to the US. (For our purposes we will always have this tentative umbrella and open trading with the bigger country but never integrated) The territories became a safe haven for non human creatures which is the main reason negotiations with the US are tentative at best. We'll be adding heavy industry in the near future to Steelhead and that will account for major shipping and trading imports with the bigger country.
We'll be rewriting the history of Steelhead to be a more complete record of the city.

**Kokopelli Stage
In order to create a more integrated border between Shanghai/Steelhead and fix the entrance issue with Shanghai and progress one of our oldest landmarks is going to be coming down. The Kokopelli stage has been around long before Tensai and Lunar came to Steelhead three years ago. It has changed from being a wooden platform to a Art Deco Venetian style build to what it is now created by Lumina Elvehjem.
I want to give a round of 'Hoo's' to Lumina for the maintenance and upkeep of the stage. The Gardens will be cut back but they are staying as part of the ambience. Thank you Lumi.
**The mad mad builders plan of action:
SHANGHAI
The entrances to Shanghai are pretty borked so we'll be working on them extensively, all the walkways/bridges and alot of other things will be replaced redone... tunnels will be more accessible. Lunar's on build streak so he may be a little crazy. Japanese windmills are going to be added into Shanghai... lots and lots of changes will be done, good changes mind you.
PORT HARBOR
This has been on Lunar's list for a very very very long time. The Pier docks are going to be rebuilt entirely, yanked up and replaced. So far no one on the docks needs to move anything but there will be huge changes, we're adding more pier, more industry, cranes to pick up boats and warehouses for shipping industry. Some bridges will be replaced... and of course we'll be putting in the hydro teslatron for those wishing to link up for 'power.'
Mr Huddleston (aka Vulcent Kohime) has offered to volunteer to head Steelhead's air division of our military. Details are still being worked out, but he will be working in conjunction with Mrs P, who is in charge of our seas.

**From the Wandering Photographers**
An independent group of photographers came to Steelhead and asked if they could take photos for their group travels. The Wandering Photographers Group is one year old and we are invited to a party since we were part of their journey.
It will be Friday, July 30, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm slt at the Full Cup Coffee House.
Landmark and more information will be sent out via group notice in-world.
